BH Skating Parks International is seeking an Event Marketing Manager with experience
in special event management and production who will work closely with management to solicit new clientele, development events
and promotional programs, oversee installation, and running of event operations. The right person is a creative, enthusiastic
and open-minded individual who is eager to be part of our growing company, and who isn’t afraid to work hard. This is
currently a 4-6 month contract position, including a 30 day probationary period with the possibility of extension into a full
time executive position within the company for the right candidate. Responsibilities will include but not limited
to: - Help concept, produce, and measure event driven marketing programs.
- Event budget and event calendar
management for assigned projects.
- Assist with event production and logistics from development of content, promotions
and other event-related marketing.
- Analyze programs for effectiveness; conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis.
- Interact
with vendors, partners and company executives.
- Coordinating all aspects of event production and logistics.
- Scheduling
and tracking product orders and deliveries for inventory, events and trade shows.
- Assist with the development, design
and production of collateral materials.
- Support web staff with site content development.
- Ensuring that all
issues of liability are addressed at all events.
- Keeping operations organized and running smoothly.
- Research
and development of new ideas to help improve operations.
- Hiring and managing talent and operational team personnel.
- Ensuring
that company policy and procedures are followed.
- Facilitating payroll activities.
- Assisting VP of Operations
with all aspects of event operation.

Candidates should be or have: - Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel,
Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Able to work from home.
- Willing to travel to event sites throughout the west
coast. Possibility of occasional international travel.
- Travel to the company’s various locations will be necessary
and required for this position.
- Familiar the sport of ice skating, figure skating and/or hockey.
- Exceptional
attendance skills and punctuality.
- A creative thinker who is enthusiastic about their work.
- On the spot decision
making skills.
- Great with people and comfortable around children.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability
to create program goals, messaging, communication and product launch plans with minimal direction.
- Self-sufficient
with STRONG organization and problem solving skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and react quickly to
change.
- Skilled in screening, hiring and managing staff.
- Capable of handling cash management and reporting.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
- Eligible to work in the US and hold a valid passport.
- Minimum
of 3-5 years experience in marketing, special event production or business management.
- A Degree in Communications,
Business, Marketing or Project Mgmt or equivalent work experience is required.
