CANCELLATION FEES
In the event of cancellation, clients will forfeit the non-refundable portion of their deposit. All cancellations
must be made within 72 hours and prior to shipping. Clients who cancel with less than 72 hrs. notice are liable for the full
balance due. Cancellations made within the above time frame,
due to weather, may be re-scheduled within six months from the date of the original events. In this case the full deposit
will be held as a credit for up to six months. Clients are also liable to pay delivery charges if materials have already been
shipped and are in transit to the event site. LATE PAYMENT FEES
All payments are due prior to the delivery and/or installation of materials to
every event. In the event of a returned payment a fee will be assessed and charged to the client to cover bank fees etc. Clients
will be charged a late payment fee of 1.5% of balance due, every 30 days. After 90 days outstanding accounts will be forwarded
to collection.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Our rink packages require a solid flat surface that can support
rink construction. Uneven or grass areas require a sub-floor or decking to support rink installation. Clients
must provide security for multiple dates or rinks left overnight. Multi-date events (more than 3 days) may be subject
to a maintenance fee. Accommodations may be requested for some events requiring extensive travel by BHSP staff. BOOKING DEPOSIT
All rink bookings require a 50% deposit to confirm booking, 25% of deposit is non-refundable.
Balance is due upon delivery. Estimates are tentative and based upon available inventory on hand at the time of the
request. SECURITY DEPOSIT
Effective immediately all rink packages will be subject to a security deposit in the amount of 25% of the rental
fee to guard against stolen or damaged property. INSURANCE &
LIABILITY
BHSP is fully insured
and holds full liability coverage, accident/medical coverage and workmen's compensation insurance. Clients may be added
as additional insured upon request. All participants 18 and over must sign a participant waiver to participate. Minor participants
require the signature of a parent/guardian. In all other situations or for events not staffed by BHSP employees, clients will
be required to sign a hold harmless/waiver of liability.

PERFORMERSAgent reserves the right, to substitute talent in the event of illness, injury
or scheduling conflicts. Professional performers, instructors and entertainment featured by Agent are independent contractors.
Agent is not liable for any claim, loss liability or expense that may be incurred as a result of the actions of independent
contractors. DISCLAIMER We will make all efforts to arrive on schedule, but will not be held
liable for unforeseen delays which are out of our control including, but not limited to, the following: transportation delays
by third party agents such as airlines, bus, train services, car rentals, transit authorities, traffic conditions and/or acts
of God, including, but not limited to, earthquakes, fire, hurricane or other weather conditions that may limit or prohibit
travel or transport of materials. In the event that Agent is unable to fulfill this contract as result of any of the above
circumstances, 25% of the deposit will be returned to Client, or held in credit for a future event. In all other circumstances
we will provide a full refund to the client.
